Theodore Beauparlant

Founder, Attorney

Theodore Beauparlant was born and raised in Massachusetts. He attended Denison University for his B.A., before going on to study at Suffolk University Law School, where he earned his J.D. While still an undergraduate student at Denison University, he joined the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Pre-Law Division as a student advocate. It was here that he first realized his passion for the field of law practice. After graduating from Suffolk Law School, Theodore became a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and began working as a prosecuting attorney in Essex County. His experience in this role enabled Beauparlant to hone his skills in courtroom advocacy and he quickly developed a reputation as one of the most effective trial lawyers in the area.

In 1990, Attorney Beauparlant decided to take his career to the next level by founding Beauparlant Law PC which has since become one of eastern Massachusetts’ leading law firms specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, divorce, estate planning, real estate and bankruptcy cases. Throughout Theodore’s long career he has been dedicated to providing comprehensive legal representation for individuals seeking quality representation or assistance with their particular case or situation. As well as being recognized for his expertise within legal circles throughout eastern Massachusetts, he also regularly offers advice on current topics relating to the law through media outlets such as radio shows, newspapers and television programs.
